Baby Gabriel, 8 months old is missing. The mother, Elizabeth Johnson told the father Logan, that she killed him and dumped him in a dumster. The mother lost custody of the baby after she failed to show for a court hearing, the custody went to father Logan and crazy Elizabeth kidnapped Gabriel, stole her grandfather’s car and took off.

Jack and Tammi Smith have been on the Nancy Grace show, but Nancy who has a habit of yelling and interupting, obviously was overly sympathetic to this couple instead of asking any “hard” questions. The couple bashed the father Logan who has done nothing to his son and loves him and refused to give him up for adoption. Marc Klaas started to bring this up, but Nancy Grace yelled and interruped him, then chanaged the subject and Marc Klaas didn’t get to speak for the rest of the Nancy Grace show.

On Friday, thankfully, Nancy Grace was off and Jean Casares stood in for her who let Marc Klaas speak and actually asked the couple some “hard” questions in her nice and even tone.

Marc Klaas attacked this couple for their inconsistencies and for bashing the father and for things they have said that make no sense or have backtracked on. He did a great job, Marc Klaas is awesome and rocks and Jean rocks for letting him finish and not yelling at him.

Even the people that called in asked the creepy Jack and Tammi Smith hard questions and showed their skeptisism in their stories.

First of all Jack and Tammi Smith have interfered with the custody of a baby and should be arrested for that.

The father had custody. The crazy mother who threatened to kill the baby did not have custody and has kidnapped him. This couple tried to keep the baby AWAY from the father, assist the mother, and tried to bully the father into giving him up for adoption. They had legal papers drawn up to adopt this baby, called Logan to bully him to give up his own son and Logan refused. That’s HIS baby.

What kind of person tries to make a father who wants his kid give his kid up for adoption??? Creepy crazy people like Jack and Tammi Smith.

They SHOULD have told father Logan where HIS child was and tried to reunite father and son, but instead, they tried to make him give up his child for adoption, assisted the mother in keeping him away from his father/legal custodian, and who knows what else.

Then a bunch of tips are coming in from Nashville, Tennessee. Elizabeth Johnson has no contact with Nashville, but Jack and Tammi Smith lived in Nashville for 35 years. Coincidence? NO WONDER they are persons of interest.

Either Elizabeth Johnnson killed her baby and dumped him in a diaper bag in a dumpster like she claimed OR it’s likely that the creepy Smith’s found a friend or relative, perhaps in Nashville to hide the baby to keep him away from the father, Logan.

Logan should look into suing this couple for interfering with the custody of his child. If I was a DA, I would definitely charge and prosecute this couple for interfering with the custody of a child. They deliberately helped keep him AWAY from his father.

Then on national TV they bashed the father, talked like he’s a bad father when they’ve never even met him. Then as Marc Klaas said, the couple states the don’t want to bash the father, then procede to bash him. They bad mouth him, are angry he wouldn’t give them his son like Gabriel is a piece of merchandise, and talk like he’s an abuser.

Nancy Grace needs to stop yelling enough to see what’s going on and listen to Marc Klaas. I like Nancy Grace except when she yells and is nice to the wrong people and doesn’t listen to Marc Klaas. If Garbiel is alive and the Smiths had someone hide him, those people need to return him. And someone needs to charge the Smiths with interference with the custody of a child. And Logan needs to sue the Smiths in civil court as well. As for Elizabeth Johnson, she needs to confess whether she killed her kid or not, which she probably won’t, because she hasn’t said a word so far. She either doesn’t want to confess to murder or wants to punish Logan and not give up his location. Either way she needs to stay locked up. There’s nothing you can do with her, she’s beyond hope.

Facebook changed the layout with no warning and it sucks. Everyone hates it. First, you’re on a page that says “news feeds” but all the posts seem old and you wonder what’s going on. You have to click on LIVE news feeds, but they don’t tell you that.

Then when everyone becomes friends with someone, it’s posted, cluttering up your facebook page with information no one really cares about.

And on the right, there used to be pictures and videos recently uploaded by friends or commented on by friends and now that’s all gone.

Everyone was used to the way facebook WAS and had no problems with it, then boom, it suddenly changes. (yesterday) and from the onset everyone was complaining and hating it.

If Facebook continues to annoy it’s users, they are going to lose a lot of people. First was myspace, then facebook, there is always room for something bigger next.

David Letterman is an old, not funny idiot and CBS big wigs are even bigger idiots for not kicking Dave Letterman to the trash curb where he belongs. If the alleged “joke” about a 14 year old girl wasn’t enough to cut him, David Letterman’s latest admissions that he’s slept around with practically all the young women who work under him should be. So all of the regular TV channels, ABC, NBC, CBS and FOX has gotten super trashy, but CBS has the trashiest big wigs/corporate bosses out there.

Dave must go. If not, CBS will have lost any remaining shred of credibility, not to mention common decency.

By his own admission, the married Letterman has bedded any number of women working under His Highness. Problem is, he doesn’t seem to know precisely how many. And brass has long looked the other way.

Letterman’s dream life came crashing to earth when an ex-boyfriend of one of his conquests allegedly attempted to extort him for $2 million to keep the affairs quiet. This development certainly makes Dave a victim — a victim of his own recklessness.

The very livelihoods of the young women who caught Dave’s fancy depend on making Letterman happy. But Letterman, 62, certainly knew what he was doing.

This is a full-grown adult who made a grown-up choice. And he chose to sleep with junior staffers rather than take the standard route and walk to the corner bar to conduct a sad, ordinary affair. Instead, he’s working out some twisted Freudian issues on dewy-eyed underlings.

Letterman is guilty of cheating on the woman he eventually married after a 20-year relationship and trashing the trust of their 6-year-old son, Harry. This was not one little slip-up, but a deviant pattern. And when Letterman got lazy, egotistical and sloppy, he became a ticking time bomb — a walking, breathing, sexual-harassment lawsuit waiting to happen.

The man who has been famously stalked in the past intentionally made himself into stalker-bait. Worse, he became the punch line in one of his own Monica Lewinsky jokes, which Dave told with such glee not so long ago.

A former staffer at “Late Show” described to me a “toxic” atmosphere in the studio. She said women flirt mightily with the man. Sometimes, it works in their favor.

Everyone inside the program knows what it takes to get ahead.

In recent years, Dave’s comedic chops have taken on a mean streak, as well. He has shown a wicked hatred of Republicans, which reached a climax when he joked about Sarah Palin’s 14-year-old daughter, Willow, getting “knocked up” in the seventh inning of a Yankee game by Alex Rodriguez.

CBS brass could have taken that gag as a sign that Letterman was slipping. Instead, bosses chose to ignore it.

The network rescued Letterman from a future of obscurity in 1993, when NBC denied him his dream promotion as host of the “Tonight” show. CBS dusted off the Ed Sullivan Theater in Midtown for Dave and made him rich beyond his wildest dreams.

But Letterman became the ratings champ of his 11:35 p.m. time slot this year only by default — after NBC stupidly replaced Jay Leno with the dreadful Conan O’Brien. Who knows if Dave will remain a winner?

Dave has repeatedly whined publicly about CBS’s failure to bow down to him. Now, the network has a chance to strike back at this ungrateful wretch.

Americans would not stand for this kind of behavior from a government official. Should a jock act in a like manner, his morals clause would likely kick in.

Letterman’s contract expires at the end of next year. I count on CBS to pull Letterman off the air, then kick him to the curb.

Abortion Doctor Gunned Down at Kansas Church, Suspect in Custody

WICHITA, Kan. —  Late-term abortion doctor George Tiller, a prominent advocate for abortion rights wounded by a protester more than a decade ago, was shot and killed Sunday at his church in Wichita, his attorney said.

A Wichita city official, speaking on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to talk publicly about the case, said a suspect was taken into custody later Sunday. The official would not provide additional details. Earlier, police had said they were looking for a gunman who fled in a 1993 light blue Ford Taurus registered in the Kansas City suburb of Merriam, Kan.

Attorney Dan Monnat said Tiller, 67, was shot as he served as an usher during morning services at Reformation Lutheran Church. Monnat said Tiller’s wife, Jeanne, was in the choir at the time of the shooting.

The women’s clinic run by Tiller is one of three in the nation where abortions are performed after the 21st week of pregnancy, when the fetus is considered viable, and has repeatedly been the site of protests for about two decades. A protester shot Tiller in both arms in 1993, and his clinic was bombed in 1985.

Monnat said Sunday that Tiller had asked federal prosecutors to step up investigations of vandalism and other threats against the clinic out of fear that the incidents were increasing and that Tiller’s safety was in jeopardy.

Tiller’s attorneys issued a statement on behalf of his wife, four children and 10 grandchildren.

“Today’s event is an unspeakable tragedy for all of us and for George’s friends and patients. This is particularly heart-wrenching because George was shot down in his house of worship, a place of peace,” the statement said.

“Our loss is also a loss for the city of Wichita and women across America. George dedicated his life to providing women with high-quality heath care despite frequent threats and violence.”

Anti-abortion group Operation Rescue issued a statement denouncing the shooting.

“We are shocked at this morning’s disturbing news that Mr. Tiller was gunned down,” said Troy Newman, Operation Rescue’s president. “Operation Rescue has worked for years through peaceful, legal means, and through the proper channels to see him brought to justice. We denounce vigilantism and the cowardly act that took place this morning.”

Tiller remained prominent in the news in recent years, in part because of an investigation started begun by former Kansas Attorney General Phill Kline, an abortion opponent.

“I am stunned by this lawless and violent act, which must be condemned and should be met with the full force of law,” Kline said in a written statement. “We join in lifting prayer that God’s grace and presence rest with Dr. Tiller’s family and friends.”

Prosecutors had alleged that Tiller had gotten second opinions from a doctor who was essentially an employee of his, not independent as state law requires. A jury in March acquitted Tiller of all 19 misdemeanor counts.

Abortion opponents also questioned then-Gov. Kathleen Sebelius’ ties to Tiller before the Senate confirmed her this year as U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary. Tiller donated thousands of dollars to Sebelius over the years.

As one of the few doctors in the nation to perform late-term abortions, Tiller had been a high-profile target of abortion opponents for decades. His clinic, Women’s Health Care Services, was bombed in 1985, and Tiller was shot in both arms in 1993 by abortion protester Rachelle “Shelley” Shannon of Grants Pass, Ore.

In 1991, the Summer of Mercy protests organized by Operation Rescue drew thousands of anti-abortion activists to this city for demonstrations marked by civil disobedience and mass arrests.

After those protests, Tiller kept mostly to his heavily guarded clinic, although in 1997 he opened it to three tours by state lawmakers and the media.

John Morgan is a big bully picking on the poor grandparents who are mourning the loss of their only grandchild, Caylee Anthony.

He is a low life who is just after his 15 minutes of fame thanks to Nancy Grace who keeps inviting him on her show and is actually nice to the bully, when she’s rarely nice to anyone else.

He is representing Zenaida Gonzalez in a CIVIL suit against Casey Anthony. Yet, he keeps grilling the Anthony’s about the CRIMINAL case.

He is not a criminal lawyer and he has no right to turn this civil case into a criminal case.

He keeps asking questions about Caylee and Caylee’s death, but rarely talks about Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez.

Both George and Cindy have said the Zenaida he is representing is not the same Zanny the Nanny Casey has talked about.

If the real Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez has any moral compass at all, she needs to fire her bully lawyer and get a decent one. And for the love of God, Nancy Grace needs to stop inviting that lime light addicted bully to her show. Even Nancy Grace asked him, “You seemed to be a little tough on them. Was that called for?”And when Nancy Grace thinks someone is being “tough” you better believe it.

Anyone can see the pain and grief he is causing these poor people. If George tries to commit suicide again and goes through with it this time, bully John Morgan can be on the other side of a deposition when he is sued for causing George’s death.

He shouldn’t be allowed to torment George and Cindy the way he is. This should go in front of a judge and a judge would not allow him to keep asking CRIMINAL questions.

George and Cindy should refuse to answer any of his questions unless in a courtroom in front of a presiding judge and no judge with half a brain would let this bully try a CRIMINAL case in a CIVIL suit.

The bas association should take away his law license if the firing squad doesn’t get him.

Smart move, teacher.

She is being charged in West Virginia for kidnapping which could keep her in jail for a long time.

Nice way to ruin your future-over a 15 year old boyfriend.

Usually teachers who have sex with their students get off way too easy. Sometimes they only get probation. Sometimes only a short jail sentence. And sometimes no charges at all because the student was above the age of legal consent.

It’s sad and sick what’s going on.

Where is the firing squad. Put these female teacher predators in front of a firing squad and that will stop the epidemic in it’s tracks.

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. —  A Massachusetts schoolteacher was behind bars on a kidnapping charge in West Virginia on Tuesday after police found her at a motel with a 15-year-old boy whose parents had complained about the relationship.

Lisa Lavoie, 24, appeared before a Monongalia County magistrate by videoconference from the North Central Regional Jail near Flatwoods, in central West Virginia. She was ordered held without bond because kidnapping in West Virginia carries a possible life sentence, said State Police Cpl. T.W. Goodnight.

In Massachusetts, she faces a charge of enticing a child under 16, and authorities in West Virginia plan to charge her as a fugitive from justice, Goodnight said. Michael Sullivan, mayor of Holyoke, Mass., said the enticement charge includes statutory rape. Lavoie will likely be released to Massachusetts authorities, but those details have not been worked out.

The boy’s mother had contacted Maurice Donahue Elementary School on Feb. 13, saying she was concerned about the relationship between her son and an eighth-grade teacher. The teen was reported missing Feb. 16.

Authorities had been tracking the teacher and boy for several days through credit card and cell phone use, Sullivan said. On Monday night, state police were informed she was at the Super 8 Motel in a Morgantown shopping center just off Interstate 68.

A motel manager declined comment, but Goodnight said the staff had been in contact with Massachusetts authorities before his team arrived Tuesday morning. After confirming a vehicle in the parking lot belonged to Lavoie, troopers got a passkey and went to her room.

The door was deadbolted, and officers tried to kick it in before Lavoie and the boy opened it, Goodnight said. Lavoie surrendered quietly.

Goodnight would not reveal where the boy had been taken but said arrangements are being made to send him home. The eighth-grader will be interviewed by child welfare officials, then reunited with his family. The teen showed “no outward signs of physical abuse” when he was found, Sullivan said.

Lavoie has been a teacher in Holyoke for five months and has been placed on paid administrative leave.

“Her family and I are happy that she is safe and we’ll see what develops over the next couple of days,” said David Hoose, her Massachusetts attorney, before declining to comment further.

Sullivan said the city will review teacher training and student awareness programs. The Donahue principal has met with 7th and 8th grade students to advise them of counseling opportunities available, and some students are worried about their friend.

“We have to make sure students understand improper behavior and improper advances and we’re going to make some changes in our professional development,” he said.

The Craziest Woman In The World

Nadya Suleman is in foodstamp heaven. She said in her interview with Ann Curry she recieves no help from the government, but that’s a lie. She recieves child disability for 3 of her kids each month, plus she recieves $497 a month in foodstamps.

And that’s without the octuplets home.

With the Octuplets home, she’ll probably get $1,000 or more a month in foodstamps.

How did she have enough money to have all those IVF treatments if she needed foodstamps? Did she lie to her caseworker? I mean a $15,000 IVF treatment isn’t cheap. And if she has that much money she doesn’t need foodstamps.

Now the citizens of California will have to pay their tax money to give the Crazy Octomom even more money for foodstamps.

There should be a law that if you’re on foodstamps, you don’t need IVF.

I’m angry the doctor who implanted Miss Crazy Octomom isn’t locked up and still has his medical license. The Medical Board seriously needs to take that doctor’s medical license away. What are they waiting for?

What do you do when you have 6 kids aged 7 and under and live with your parents in an over crowded 3 bedroom home?

Well, if you’re crazy lunatic Nadya Suleman you have IVF treatment to have 8 more kids!

The doctor who implanted the crazy lunatic mother of 6 with all those embryos needs to be arrested and have his medical license taken away.

The fertility clinic that did that needs to be shut down.

And whoever the sperm donor is should be required to pay child support.

Nadya’s parents should have kicked her out of their house long time ago.

When their single daughter who lives with them keeps getting fertility treatment and keeps having babies by a sperm donor, shouldn’t they tell her to stop it?

They are the ones supporting the kids after all. They should have kicked her out of the house and made her support herself and take full responsibility for her own kids. Then she probably wouldn’t have had so many.

And how did she afford the fertility treatment anyway? Fertility treatment is expensive and with the cost of supporting themselves and 6 young children, how on earth did she even afford to get more fertility treatment.

Don’t fertility clinics ask how many kids you already have and can you support them?

And what kind of disaster fertility clinic would implant 8 embryos in a woman??? That’s not just plain stupid but it should be illegal. It’s criminal! Now one or two could have split to make identical twins, but implanting more than 2 embryos should be illegal and whoever that disaster nightmare doctor is, he/she needs to be found out and arrested and jailed and never be allowed to practice medicine again.

Unless you are super wealthy there is no way a single Mom and her parents can raise 14 kids in a 3 bedroom house. No way. Just imagine the cost of diapers alone! Then add the clothes, food, and everything else children need. There’s no way any family can do that except the super rich. And Edward and Angela Suleman and their lunatic daughter Nadya are not rich. If they were, they wouldn’t be living with all those kids in a small house.

That means Nadya may have to get on welfare or food stamps or other public aid. Why should the hardworkers of California have to pay to support the kids of a maniac obsessed with having kids who has 14 kids by invitro fertilization? They are trying to support their own kids who they had naturally. The economy is bad enough as it is without this psycho bringing 14 kids into the world that she can’t support. America has more than enough leeches as it is, but this is the biggest scale of leeching ever.

At first the birth of the octuplets was seen as a miracle because octuplets are unheard of. It’s only happened once before and it wasn’t clear if they would even survive. But once the news came out this crazy woman already had 6 kids and is a single mom living with her parents, the octuplet birth was hailed as a disaster and a nightmare. Which it is.

Will the state end up taking custody of the kids? Will Nadya Suleman get on welfare or foodstamps? How will they fit 14 kids in a 3 bedroom home?? Who will take care of all the kids and their feeding, bathing, diapering, comforting, supervising?

Her parents are probably wishing they kicked her out of the house long time ago.

Now they are set to be slaves until their death, which may not be far off with all of the stress she’s given them. Ed Suleman, an immigrant from Iraq is supposedly going to go to Iraq to work to support his grandkids. First of all, being a translator in Iraq won’t cut it for raising 14 kids and second of all, it’s not his responsibility.

Ed and his ex wife Angela Suleman are divorced but still live together with the lunatic Nadya and they filed for bankruptcy last year. If they filed for bankruptcy, can they support all those 14 kids? Nadya was married for a short time to Marco Gutierrez but divorced. He’s not the father of any of her massive gang of kids.

He’s probably thankful he had the sense to divorce her.

Though unlikely anyone else will ever be as crazy as Nadya, there still should be laws just in case:

*Anyone who has 6 kids doesn’t need more IVF treatment for more kids.

*Single Moms who can’t support the kids they already have shouldn’t get IVF treatment for more kids.

*Any doctor crazy enough to implant a mother of 6 with 8 embryos needs to be shot.

*Women who have kids with sperm donors can’t get public support because if she has enough money to pay for fertility treatment she should be able to support the kids she has.

*No woman should be implanted with more than 2 embryos.

What are Ed and Angela Suleman going to do now? They can’t kick the lunatic out of the house because they don’t want to kick out the kids into the street. And now they will be forced to be full time babysitters and a second set of parents and spend every penny they own on this lot of kids. It would be an even bigger tragedy if she had all these kids by IVF just to have them taken away by the state because she can’t care for them.

This is the craziest story I’ve ever heard in my life. This beats them all.

And Nadya Suleman is without a doubt the craziest person on planet earth. If you ever feel crazy, just think of Nadya Suleman and you’ll feel sane again.
